BABY MASSAGE
The baby massage classes are tailored to provide a relaxing and nurturing environment for both you and your baby. These classes are designed to help you connect with your baby through gentle touch, enhancing their development, easing colic, teething pains and more, and strengthening your bond. The classes are also designed to nurture you - the parent! I create a cosy space for you to relax, bond with your wee one and connect with other mums.
Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks to crawling.
BABY HARMONY
This unique class blends music and movement and baby massage. We begin the class with some fun songs, gentle movement and bubbles, before settling into calm connection and relaxation with some baby massage - mirroring babies' natural rhythm of stimulate-settle.
Suitable for babies from around 4 months to crawling.
MINI MUSIC MAKERS
Bring your baby or toddler along to one of our fun, interactive music and movement classes! We sing songs and nursery rhymes, enjoy some bubbles and parachute play, then have some free play and biccies for parents/carers.
Singing with your baby or toddler strengthens your bond, promotes language development, motor skills and increases confidence, and coming along to a class is great for a baby's social development!
Suitable from around 4/5 months - 3 years.
Community Support
Join a small group of mums who are on the same journey as you. The classes are more than learning massage techniques or singing songs - they can also be about making connections and building friendships. I provide a safe space for sharing and supporting each other, and we finish each class with cake or biccies and time to chat.
