Baby Massage classes
Nurture bond connect
My baby massage classes are tailored to provide a relaxing and nurturing environment for both you and your baby. These classes are designed to help you connect with your baby through gentle touch, enhancing their development, easing colic, teething pains and more, and strengthening your bond. The classes are also designed to nurture you - the parent! I create a cosy space for you to relax, bond with your wee one and connect with other mums. Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks to crawling.
Parent and Baby Bonding
Strengthen the bond with your baby in a relaxed and friendly environment. My classes focus on building communication and bonding between you and your wee one through interactive activities and soothing massage techniques. Each week we learn different ways to incorporate massage into your babies routine, and build up the massage routine so that by week 4 your baby gets a full body massage.
Community Support
Join a small group of mums who are on the same journey as you. The classes are more than just learning massage techniques; they are about making connections and building friendships. I provide a safe space for sharing and supporting each other, and we finish each class with cake and time to chat.
